About this role

  • Extremely competitive, above market wage (£150 a day).
  • Up to 14 weeks a year (school holidays).
  • Monday – Friday .
  • Children aged 3 – 11 years old (Preschool – Year 6).
  • Currently operating across sites in South-east London (Bromley/Eltham/Beckenham/Catford/ Orpington) .
  • You will have overall responsibility for the camp.

Roles and responsibilities
  • You will be the direct liaison and coordinator for all staff – they will be looking to you for motivation, guidance, and support. Due to this, experience of working in a childcare setting and working with or managing small teams is a must.
  • Being an effective communicator is imperative as you will frequently interact with staff/children/parents and deal with their queries.
  • On site designated First Aider.
  • Responsible for daily equipment checks, ensuring equipment is fit and safe for use.
    • You will be responsible for dealing with all administration at camp.

      – Registers
      – Booking queries
      – Sales (merchandise)
      – First Aid / Medical report forms
      – Safeguarding/ incident reports

    • Administration skills – must be able to use computers and work with online booking systems (training will be provided).
