Camp costs and information

Our holiday camps can be booked for a week or an individual day. Please see below for our pricing structure:

Full day priced at £35.00/£40.00: 9:30am – 4:30pm each day.

Early morning and late drop-offs priced at £5.50 – £6 per service: We offer you the option to drop your child off as early as 8:30am (8:00am at some venues) and pick up as late as 5:30pm (6:00pm at some venues). Please note that the cost is per service, so if you require an early drop off as well as a late pickup, then the price will be £11 – £12. This service can be added via the online booking site when you book your child in.

Sibling discounts: We offer a 15% sibling discount on any holiday camp booking. Please note that the discount is applied only to the siblings booking at checkout.

* Bookings made after 10 working days prior to the start of a holiday camp

Government tax free childcare scheme or childcare vouchers: If you are making a booking within 10 days of camp starting you will first need to make payment in full by debit/credit card to secure the booking.  We will then reimburse you in full once we have received CCV/tax free childcare payment from your provider

Extra information for holiday Camps 2022: We ask that you take your child’s temperature each day before camp and do not bring your child to camp if they have a temperature. Please do not bring your child to camp if they feel unwell with any form of illness. We ask that you explain and ensure your child understands social distancing before they attend camp. Please pack all your child’s belongings into one backpack that they are able to carry unaided. All property must be clearly labelled. Please ensure that siblings have separate bags, lunch boxes, water bottles and sun cream as they may be in separate groups and groups will not be able to mix throughout the day.

Food and drink: We ask that you provide a packed lunch for your Munchkin as well as snacks for throughout the day (we tend to have 2-3 short breaks each day as well as lunch). If your child is attending the late pickup session you may like to pack an additional snack for your Munchkin. Please provide sufficient drinks for your child. A water bottle will be needed. Please note to safeguard children with allergies we have a NO NUT policy.

Allergies or requirements: Please let us know if your child has any allergies or any other special requirements that we should be made aware of. All information given will be treated with the strictest confidence. If your child has additional needs, please contact the office prior to booking as your child may require a 1:1 and to ensure that your child’s needs are fully met.

Clothing: Please ensure that your Munchkin wears clothes that he/she feels most comfortable in, that they can run around in easily and that you don’t mind getting dirty! Please also pack a spare set of clothes and something warm just in case the weather takes a turn for the worse.

Suntan Lotion: If your child can apply their own suntan lotion, we suggest you provide this in their bag. If your child is not able to apply the lotion themselves, please ensure you put it on them prior to class. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply the lotion on to the children.

Photos and Videos: We would like to take photographs and videos of the camps for our website and potentially promotional material. Please let one of the team know if you would prefer your Munchkin not to be photographed.

Contact Details: Please let us know of any changes to mobile numbers or email addresses asap so that we know we can get hold of you easily if needs be. Please also let us know if someone other than yourself and/or the child’s parents will be dropping off/picking up each day, any unauthorised person/persons will not be permitted to pick up your child.
