Job Summary
The Recruitment Consultant executes talent acquisition strategies by identifying, engaging, and securing quality candidates in line with the company’s recruitment strategy. They will build strong talent pipelines and industry contacts to meet strategic hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and sourcing platform contacts
- Create innovative sourcing and prospective candidate engagement strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate records and applicant tracking in Asana
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Training – design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new entrants
- Direct line management of recruitment assistants.

- Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work
- Customer-facing: Providing excellent service to customers and clients
- Organisational skills: keeping work and tasks organised
- Quality assurance: Implementing processes and procedures to ensure the product meets specified requirements
- Time management: Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively
- Creativity: Thinking outside the box and generating innovative ideas
- Problem solving: Identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Confidence in public speaking: You will be running recruitment days with up to 50 people.
- Previous experience in Boolean Searches and similar basic recruitment techniques.
Successful Candidate Will Receive
Base Salary: £28k pa + commission
Working hours: 9-6 Monday – Friday
