About this role

  • Full time position.
  • 9am – 5.30pm (hours may vary during school holidays).
  • Based in South-East London (we currently operate sites across Bromley/Eltham/Beckenham/Orpington/Catford).
  • You will have overall responsibility for all marketing and social media across the company.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. .
  • Creating daily captivating content for social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts.
    • Liaising with other departments to create a holistic and effective marketing strategy. .
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline, cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

    Qualities and skills

    • Excellent copywriting, communication, multitasking and problem solving skills.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
    • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

    Ideal candidate

    • Social media experience.
    • Marketing experience.
    • Campaign management experience.
    • Photography and video creation experience for social media.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
