We run classes at schools across Bromley, Beckenham, Catford, Dulwich, Eltham, Orpington, Putney, Sevenoaks and Sydenham, with new locations being added regularly.
Our netball classes gently introduce children to the game in a fun, supportive and structured environment, helping them build confidence, coordination and a love for sport from an early age.

At this stage, we focus on developing core movement skills including:

We place a strong emphasis on social development and teamwork, encouraging children to interact, share and build confidence through a variety of fun, structured games. Using colour-coded netballs, we create a safe and engaging environment that supports both learning and enjoyment.

To help children feel comfortable and confident, parent participation is encouraged, making this a great bonding experience as well as an introduction to kids sports classes.
Our Netball Munchkins classes for ages 9–11 are designed to prepare children for the transition into club netball and junior netball coaching, helping them build confidence, skill and a deeper understanding of the game.
At this stage, we focus on advancing and refining core netball skills, while introducing more structured gameplay and techniques. Children will develop:
🏐 Different types of passing and ball control
🎯 Shooting techniques and accuracy
🏃 Movement, positioning and game awareness
Players are introduced to official netball rules and match play, giving them the opportunity to apply their skills in real game situations. During matches, children begin to learn netball positions and roles, while also developing their own confidence, creativity and style of play.
Our sessions provide the perfect balance of fun and structured learning, helping children progress towards school teams and local netball clubs while continuing to enjoy every session.
The youngest Munchkins Netball class, where we encourage parent participation, introduces the children to the core movement skills of agility, balance, coordination and speed. Teamwork and social skills are two of life’s key skills, so we try to emphasise and practice this as much as possible through lots of fun team games using coloured netballs balls to promote safety and learning. We also offer fun pod-like games such as catching, passing, and shooting!
Our middle class encourages Munchkins to develop independence while refining skills like catching, passing, shooting, and jumping. We introduce netball matches to help them identify space, improve communication, and learn basic rules through mini games. While parents are welcome, they can now enjoy a well-earned coffee break! Teamwork, fun, and social skills remain at the heart of our sessions, with engaging games designed to enhance learning in a supportive environment.
The Munchkins are now moving much closer to making the step up to club netball and with this in mind, we look to develop their core skills even further. The munchkins will be learning official netball rules, different types of passing, shooting techniques and gameplay. Within the netball matches, they will be learning some of the positions in netball, alongside developing their own natural flare within the netball game.
