Job Title: Production Manager (Munchkin Sports)

Job Summary: The Production Manager is responsible for applying project management processes to ensure our provisions such as Wrap Around Care, Weekend Classes, After School Clubs and School PPA cover are delivered to the highest standard, also project managing standalone promotional events and the launch of provisions at new client venues.

Experience Required: Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project, Production or Event Management.

Who are we?

Munchkin Sports are a children’s sports company. We focus on gently introducing 4-11 year olds into a variety of different sporting activities. We run a range of different products, including PPA and PE, After School Clubs, Lunch Clubs, Wraparound Care, Birthday Parties and Holiday Camps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Existing Business – Ensure our provisions at each venue are run to the highest of standards and meet KPIs.

  • New Locations – Work with our internal departments to create detailed plans for all new site launches. Produce project timelines. Assign agreed tasks to relevant staff members and monitor through to delivery

  • Promo Events – Project manage promotional events, ensuring relevant departments are briefed and their progress regularly monitored, through to completion.

  • Communications with clients and site teams.

  • Manage the storage of all equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records are kept and oversee regular stock checks.

  • Support internal departments, clients and site teams where necessary.

Qualities and skills

  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication.

  • Problem Solving: Identifying issues and finding solutions.

  • Time management: Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.

  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word is essential.

  • Quality assurance: Processes and procedures are followed to ensure the provisions meet
