Job Summary: The Production Manager responsible for Wrap Around Care, Weekends, After School Clubs, PPA and Promotional Events oversees the planning, logistics, and execution of these provisions. This includes equipment management, activities, procurement, and the smooth delivery and retrieval of equipment and materials.

Who are we?

Munchkin Sports are a children’s sports company. We focus on gently introducing 4-11 year olds into a variety of different sporting activities. We run a range of different products, including PPA and PE, After School Clubs, Lunch Clubs, Wraparound Care, Birthday Parties and Holiday Camps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans for the execution of all products, including promotion events across multiple locations.

  • Design, source, and schedule engaging age appropriate sporting and non-sporting activities.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks.

  • Prepare all equipment and supplies required for camp.

  • Coordinate timely delivery of equipment, materials and supplies to sites.

  • Oversee retrieval of all equipment and materials post provision and manage their return to storage.

  • Liaise with internal departments, clients and site teams where necessary.

Successful Candidate Will Receive
  • Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
